At Bear Trail Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
