Do Bear Trail bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive setup guide in every box.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your ride, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of trail wear.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for better maneuverability or sizing up for increased stability at high speeds.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with a Bear Trail bike?
Every Bear Trail frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturers for a period of one to two years.
